Gi class Fundamentals
The fundamental class is typically designed for beginners and covers the basic techniques and movements of BJJ The class will guide students through a series of drills and exercises to develop their fundamental skills. Students will learn basic techniques such as how to breakfall properly, how to execute basic techniques, and how to perform simple takedowns and throws. They will also learn how to escape and how to apply basic submissions, such as chokes and joint locks.
The fundamental class is not only about learning techniques; it also emphasizes the importance of positioning, leverage, and timing. Students will learn how to use their body weight and leverage to control their opponent and gain an advantage. They will also learn how to time their movements and techniques to be most effective.
Another critical aspect of the fundamental class is the emphasis on drilling and repetition. Students will spend a significant amount of time practicing the techniques they learn, drilling them over and over until they become second nature. This repetition is essential for developing muscle memory and building a strong foundation in Jiu Jitsu.

Gi class Advanced
Jiu Jitsu Gi class for advanced practitioners typically involves a high level of technical instruction and sparring practice. The advanced class is designed for students who have already achieved a certain level of proficiency in the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and are seeking to improve their skills and take on more challenging training partners.
In an advanced Jiu Jitsu Gi class, students may focus on more complex techniques and strategies for both offensive and defensive techniques. These may include advanced guard passing, sweeps, submissions, and escapes. In addition, students may work on developing their timing, speed, and precision in executing techniques.
Sparring is a critical part of advanced Jiu Jitsu gi classes, and students will typically be paired with partners of similar skill levels. Sparring allows students to put their techniques into practice against a fully resisting opponent, which is essential for improving their skills and developing their reflexes and instincts.

Open Mat
Open mat is a training session where students are free to practice techniques, spar, and drill without a structured curriculum or supervision from a coach. Students Blue Belt + up can come in and use the space to train independently.
During an open mat, students can work on specific techniques or experiment with new moves, as well as spar with training partners of their choosing. It's an excellent opportunity for students to practice and refine their skills in a less formal sett .It's important to keep safety in mind during open mats and always practice with control to prevent injuries.
Kids Class

Kids Jiu-Jitsu is the ultimate activity for your child, combining fun, fitness, and life skills all in one. It’s more than just a sport—it’s a confidence-builder, teaching kids how to overcome challenges and believe in themselves. Through structured classes, they’ll develop focus, discipline, and respect while learning to work as a team and make new friends. It’s a full-body workout disguised as play, improving strength, coordination, and flexibility in a pressure-free, engaging environment. Jiu-Jitsu also equips kids with valuable self-defense and conflict resolution skills, empowering them to handle situations confidently and calmly. Most importantly, it’s just plain fun!
